Delete Your PALUX Account

This page explains how a PALUX user can request deletion of an account and associated personal information.

Submit a deletion request

  1. Email pedro@prtechdigital.com from the email address associated with your PALUX account.
  2. Use the subject line PALUX Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your full name, PALUX account email, company name, and a statement that you want the account deleted.

Company-managed accounts

If your employer or another organization created or manages your PALUX account, you may also contact your company administrator. The company may need to preserve certain workforce, payroll, safety, or legal records even after your login account is removed.

Verification and timing

PR Tech Digital may request reasonable information to verify your identity and authority. Verified requests are normally processed within 30 days, unless applicable law requires a different period.

What is deleted or retained

We will delete or de-identify account profile data and other information associated with the account that PR Tech Digital is authorized to delete. Limited information may be retained when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, financial recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or protected backup rotation.

Removing an account is not the same as freezing it. Once deletion is completed, the user will no longer be able to sign in with that account.
